Hello! I'm a drummer / percussionist / singer and I'm seeking gigs with established bands in need of drums or percussion. I can play as quiet or loud as needed. I play whatever equipment fits the bill: Full drum kit, tiny drum kit, digital drums, digital percussion, or all of the above. I can play full-on rock, or accompany a singer-songwriter in a quiet environment. I describe my style as simple, solid, and musical. I'm open to all styles of music. Most of my gigging experience is in the rock / country / rockabilly / blues genres, but I'm down to play anything from folk to psychedelic electronica, and everything in between. I have a pretty extensive repertoire of classic material (Grateful Dead and adjacent bands); I love jammy music, but I'm not limited to that genre. I'm comfortable sitting in with or without rehearsal to add a beat without overpowering the sound. Need a sub? Need a second drummer or percussionist? Light percussion for a mellow sound? I love to play, and though I am pretty busy, if I'm available, and I commit to a gig, I will show up with no BS. I'm in Morrisville and I have a fully equipped rehearsal space, good gear, and transportation. I'm old A.F. (46) but I'll be hiding in the back behind the drums so I won't spoil your youthful stage presence! I prefer paid gigs but my expectations are realistic. I'm currently in a band, but I have quite a few nights available this winter and spring. No drama, just drums.....get in touch!
