need an experienced dog nail trimmer

Need an experienced dog groomer/nail trimmer in the Milwaukee area that is experienced with clipping a 70 pound dog’s nails. The dog is a boxer/pit mix, he is not at all aggressive but does not like his nails clipped. He’s way too strong for me or my son to hold down for the clippings and he wriggles around until he can get loose. He does not bite nor has ever attempted to bite during the clippings. The groomer that was doing the trimming stopped taking walk ins assisted by the owners, and they were unable to do the clippings without my assistance, and the use of a grooming table made all the difference in the world in getting the task accomplished, meanwhile his nails get longer and longer. The dog is about eight years old and within the last year has gone completely blind, making the nail clippings even more frantic. I have owned him for about six years and brought him up from Texas when I moved back to Milwaukee in 2016. I am not in position to spend thousands of dollars that a vet requires and will have to take alternative measures with the dog unless I can find someone who is capable of doing these trims at a reasonable price, which would need to be done about every five to six weeks. Perhaps if someone is aware of a dog groomer or a vet that is reasonable with their pricing they could forward me the information. I really do not want to lose this dog if I can avoid it. Willing to travel around the Milwaukee area to get this service. Thank you in advance
