A sweet lovely family in McFarland is seeking a full time nanny for their fourteen month old daughter. They describe their ideal nanny as experienced active and engaged to promote optimal growth. They are seeking a nanny with initiative to teach thus providing age appropriate activities for their daughter and to keep their household running smoothly. Primary duties are high quality care for their daughter light housekeeping assistance with laundry and pet care (there is a dog and cat in the home). Hours are 730a-430p/four days per week. Grandparent with assist with care one day per week; in September position will go from four to three days per week as Grandparent will take on additional day. Nanny must be understanding and ok with this arrangement. Family is also planning on having more children in the future-candidate must have demonstrated skills to care for two children and comfortable caring for an infant with knowledge in infant care/development.
