We are a Property Preservation company looking for individuals or crews looking to take on some work in the Norther half of Georgia. This is 1099 Position. Experience is helpful, however we can work with you to get trained up. Need reliable work vehicle, and minimal tools. Most properties are vacant, bank owned foreclosures. The work we perform varies from property to property. Some common tasks are: Lock changes, board ups, debris removal (property clean out), roof tarp, lawn maintenance, tree/shrub trimming, mold remediation. As well as some more extensive repairs like window replacement, siding and roofing repairs. Making our clients happy as well as our contractors profitable is our #1. We have unheard of quick pay for this industry. Most jobs payout within a week of being completed. Please call for me information and to speak with us about on boarding to our team!
