Well established commercial & residential painting contractor is seeking Full -Time Field Project Manager for year-round work. Serious Applications Only Pay - $25.00 -$35.00 DOE Job Requirements: • Plan, direct, and coordinate activities on construction/residential project(s) assigned to him or her • Assist in the day-to-day systems of various projects • Produce reports IE Job cost, Progress reports and daily projections as requested • Being aware of safety procedures • Assist in any other project-management related activities • Daily review with leads ESSENTIAL AND SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE • Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications • Excellent written and verbal communications and management skills • Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations. • Attention to detail and the ability to work in an organized manner • Able to work well with and mentor co-workers. • Employee reports • Estimating on site & blueprints is a plus • Must have valid Oregon driver license Email Resume preferred
