STEADY EMPLOYMENT. We are immediately hiring for a seamless rain gutter installer. We are willing to train the right person. Multiple positions available, depending on your experience. We have a small residential division and a government crew. Experience with sheet metal and membrane roofing preferred. If you're a team player, we'd love to have you. Residential division: Piece-rate pay Government division: Davis Bacon wages, changes depending on job location Work is all over the greater metro area and we offer opportunities to travel out of state. SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS: - 3 years minimum carpentry experience is required - Proficiency installing various roof systems preferred - Knowledge of framing, roofing, rain gutter, and fascia preferred - Take direction the first time - Implements feedback - Team player - Exhibits exceptional customer service - Agile and athletic, comfortable on roofs and ladders - Ability to lift 50 lbs - Manuever ladders in tight spaces - "Can-do" attitude - Efficient and will get the job done on schedule BASIC REQUIREMENTS: - Must answer the phone promptly at all times on the job - Must have reliable transportation - Valid driver's license and good driving record - Can pass a drug test and a background check - No smoking or vaping on the job - Smart phone literate - Communicative Random drug tests will occur.
