This is a great one-time gig opportunity to help us improve our hiring process and ensure every step in our process is performed to the exact specifications our standard work. This opportunity can be completed from anywhere and does not require any visit to a physical location. All work can be done over the phone or computer. For this project you will: 1. Apply to our job posting 2. Respond to questions from our automated chatbot system 3. Complete onboarding documents and record timing of completion 4. Complete video or phone interview and accept a start date for a position (we absolutely understand you will not be starting work, however, we need to ensure that our post-offer processes are being followed exactly). 5. Record final result of the process and complete google docs spreadsheet To participate in this secret shop you must be willing to complete the full application providing your accurate information - you must be willing and able to complete a background check (no violence or theft related Felonies), you also must have documents that will prove your right to work in the US. We estimate that the total time you will need to spend in this process is 1 hour and 15 minutes (not all at one time). At completion of project you will receive a $100 payment.
