Part-time Custodian

Summary: We're looking for a custodian to fill a part-time position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable. The custodian will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing offices, meeting rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, common areas and floor care. Typical Responsibilities: • Dusting • Sanitizing • Deep cleaning • Trash collection and disposal • Floor care (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing) • Restock cleaning supplies • All other duties as assigned Qualifications: • At least 5 years of commercial cleaning experience • At least 2 years of floor care experience • Ability to follow schedules and keep commitments • Ability to manage time efficiently and work well under minimal supervision • Ability to demonstrate professionalism • Willingness to work flexible schedule • Physical capability of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Shifts Available: • Morning • Evening * Please reply with resume and contact info.
