As an “office” extraordinaire, you’ll coordinate with the general administration and uniform operations and assist the departments in all administrative services in a fast paced, mile-a-minute atmosphere. In addition, you will contribute to the entire inner workings of large-scale event. What Work Will Look Like: • On-the-ground event work. • Managing document/item flow, including creating and maintaining files. • Distributing and following-up on documents/items. • Updating databases and lists. • Other general administrative duties (copying, filing, etc.). • Miscellaneous duties as required. What's required: • Must have strong computer skills (Microsoft Office) and be able to complete administrative tasks efficiently and quickly, as well as develop innovative ways to solve any problem that may arise. • Must be able to multitask and prioritize to ensure that all assignments are completed in an accurate and timely manner. • Excellent communication skills – written and oral (must have a professional demeanor). Work experience in a general office setting and clerical work or related area. • Some college preferred; High School diploma or GED required. • Punctual and reliable. What we offer: • $20/hr. • Day (05:45-14:30), Swing (13:45-22:30), Grave (21:45-06:30) shifts. • Work experience on a large-scale event.
