NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF LIENED PROPERTY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a PUBLIC SALE by auction will be held on February 11, 2022 @ 10:00 a.m. at 4400 Milwood Rd., Lansing Michigan of Clinton County. Airport & Grand River Self Storage will sell units to satisfy the lien on the property stored at 4400 Millwood, Lansing, Michigan. Contents include: Units # 939 Bonnie Gilchrist 2003 Cadillac Deville #101 5x10 Cody Lopez Mattress, Dressers, Infant rocker, Microwave, Mirror, Clothing & shoes, French doors, Totes and boxes of misc. items. #132 10x10 Moriah Satterlee Baby crib, infant/child accessories, Baby bouncer, Baby bath, Kids toys, Bedding, Baskets, Nintendo GameCube, Bags and totes of clothing. Cash, or credit cards accepted. Payments must be made at the time of purchase No person under the age of 18 is allowed to attend the sale. The landlord reserves the right to bid at the sale. Accounts will be sent to collections if a balance remains. All purchased good are sold "as is" and must be removed by 4:00 p.m. on the day of purchase, and unit left in a clean retable condition. A deposit/cleaning fee of $25.00 will be collected at purchase time and will be returned to the buyer after the unit has been inspected by Airport & Grand River Self Storage Staff member. NO usage of outside dumpster is allowed for auction.
