Tile shower

Looking to tile this small 35 x 60 shower. (Total of 86 sq. feet of tile installation). Tile to ceiling (8ft ceiling). vertical narrow subway tiles on sides, and penny round mosaic tile on back wall. I have the tile. The drywall will be installed already. I just need price on applying waterproofing coating (I can buy), and installing tile. The shower valve side wall is bowed out 1/2" in the middle, and will need the tile to be floated. Important: when responding please describe your tiling experience. The more info you can provide the better. This job be done correctly and you need all tools, etc. +if you are licensed and can provide a receipt. Pictures are of the space, and of what I want the tile to look like. (I have both of the tile types here).
