Need '90s alt-metalheads to play heavy music in odd time signatures

Trying to play with some like-minded '90s metalheads. I primarily play guitar but can play whatever else and sing passably If your favorite band is Tool, with Deftones/Meshuggah/Alice in Chains/etc. thrown in, please let me know. I just want to play music like that. I have pro gear, transportation, etc. but holy shit I have yet to meet anyone whose THAT into playing Toolish music in the Bay Area
