Se solicita trabajadores de limpieza. El trabajo es afuera 90% del tiempo proporcionando servicio a differentes propiedades durante el dia. Las responsabilidades incluye, limpieza, remover escombros de estacionamientos y areas de jardin, asi como limpieza general a espacios vacantes, remover y cambiar bolsas de basura en los contenedores, limpiar ventanas y reportar desperfectos en cada propiedad. El candidato a esta pocision tiene que ser responsible con capacidad de hacer diferentes cosas a la vez, debera contar con un telefono inteligente, licencia de conducir con record limpio. Estamos localicidos en Palatine Illinois, los interesados favor de mandar un mensaje para el numero. Reputable Facility Maintenance Company seeking a Porter/Custodian worker. This position will work from Monday-Friday, approximately 40-50 hours a week. Weekend work is not typical but may be required at times, during our busy season. The candidate will be required to work outdoors for 90% of the time, servicing multiple properties a day. Job Duties include, but not limited to, cleaning & removing debris from parking lot area, landscape areas, and vacant spaces, emptying out trash receptacles, cleaning glass or window, and reporting any issues or hazardous conditions found on the properties. Candidate must be a responsible & organized individual with the ability to multitask. A smart phone & a license with a good driving record is a must. A company car will be provided to report from our facilities to the job sites. Any necessary tools or supplies will also be provided.
