So for many years my mom has always wanted her own house we live in a 3 bedroom house with me (15) my little sister (7) my little brother (2) and my mom and of course our beloved pets we’ve live in a house back in 2017 we moved in and then in 2019 we noticed mold spreading in my room and the bathroom and my moms room we contacted the people we were renting from and they didn’t do anything about it know our hole bathroom is full of mold and my rooms corners are full of mold and my moms closet has mold we’re looking for places to rent still but I’d rather have my mom owe a place and a lot of the people she’s reached out to will not allow animals or the breed of dogs we have or something dumb so as a birthday present I want to try to get my mom a house for her birthday which is the 20th of june I’ve seen this trend do good so I’m hoping for the best god bless you all and hope you all have a wonderful day anything being traded must me dropped off to me as I don’t have a car and want it to be a surprise
