We are looking for a FT Community Manager/ Maintenance /Grounds Person to work in our residential portfolio! M-F 8-4:30 114 units (two properties) in Cheney,WA. Our ideal candidate has previous work experience in property management and maintenance and great customer service. Please have attention to detail, and take pride in the quality of your work. Have knowledge of proper safety precautions. Have basic computer skills (email and internet)-We use Appfolio. Must have an ability to work alone. General grounds keeping duties including but not limited to upkeep and maintenance of all outside areas, clean common areas, parking areas, sidewalks, curbs, helps with trash outs and turns.
