NEED HELP TO KEEP LIGHTS ON TODAY

I hate to have to do this, but everyone in my home is sick with covid. I was sick all last week and missed work. I am now better, but my kids are sick, so I have to stay home with them. I have the pay as you go service and I have to come up with $39 BEFORE 3pm to keep our lights on for the rest of the day. I can't get an extension, because it's not offered for the pay as you go services. I tried calling DSS, but I think they're closed, because no one has answered all day long. I called salvation army, but I don't meet their requirements to receive assistance. What family I do have, can't help, so this is my last shot. It's freezing cold. My kids are already sick and I don't want them to have to deal with not having power on top of everything else. If anyone could help, we would greatly appreciate it.
