Now Hiring – Maintenance Techs at Rimrock Mall Summary: As the first point of contact and the “boots on the ground”, you will take the actions necessary to make minor repairs, execute work orders, perform preventive maintenance and other duties as assigned to care for the facility. Procedures will be accomplished in accordance with department policies and procedures and operating manuals. Responsibilities: • Performs minor preventive and corrective maintenance in one or more of the following areas: Minor Construction, Electrical, Painting, General Maintenance, Plumbing, and Grounds. • Assists others with repairs and projects as assigned. i.e snow removal, operating sweeper truck, etc. • Maintains assigned mechanical rooms and work areas. Maintains a neat and safe work area. • Inventories and maintains stocking of material in an orderly fashion. • Evaluates and recommends orders for parts or materials needed. • Accurately and timely fills out work summary sheet, log book, equipment log sheets. • Uses good communication and human relation skills when dealing with co-workers, other departments and the public. • Maintain a high standard of personal appearance. • Participate in all department training. • Work in accordance with the company’s safety culture which promotes a work environment where no one gets hurt. • Ensures compliance with company policies, procedures and guidelines to promote their consistent application. • Other duties or tasks may be required which may not have been listed above. Qualifications: • Prior maintenance or grounds keeping experience is required. • Ability to work in a diverse environment with focus customer services is essential to success in this role. • Ability to follow specific instructions and work independently.
