Looking for a reliable and capable handyman to help maintain and restore two properties in Denver Full time, steady work. Skills: - Plumbing - Painting - Electrical - Drywall - Repairing flooring - Fixing windows - Landscaping If you're ready to have reliable and consistent work this is the role for you. Work 4 or 5 days a week. You choose the days but they must be full 8 hour days. We will work together to renovate and restore two older buildings in Denver. One is an office, the other in a rental property. You will be in charge of everything from landscaping to window repair, painting and drywall, installing a new kitchen, renovating two bathrooms, and more. Trust is the most important element between us. You will have the flexibility to work the days of the week which are best for you, but must put in a full effort on each day. Pay weekly.
