We are a family business who has been in the Snoqualmie valley for over 8 years. We are looking to add a Diesel Tech with comfort on Ford, GM and Cummins PICK UP platforms. Punctuality is important, an understanding that customers are not always right but that customer service and communication are crucial to success is a must. The right fit is important and so with that we are willing to train but pay will vary on experience and a highly experienced flat rate tech could really thrive in what we have built. Job Duties: Diagnose - CEL and drive ability issues Communicate findings clearly with service writer Repair engine, electrical, suspension, brake, transmission components and similar Fluid changes Inspections Use shop supplied software to efficiently diagnose and make repairs Performance modification and tuning experience is a plus but not required We work M-F 8-5 NO weekends and schedule can be somewhat flexible if on flat rate. Full employer paid medical and dental insurance is available after probationary period. PTO also available after probation as well as Holidays *your medical decisions are none of our business.
