This position is for property maintenance in Lacey, WA. A qualified applicant will posses the following traits and requirements: *Must be capable of most home repairs. We are a busy property management office and your responsibilities will include but not limited to: pulling carpet, installing flooring, hot water tank replacements, appliance repair or replacement and other home repairs. *Current WA State Driver's License with clean record *Current WA State Vehicle Liability Insurance *Dependable transportation which will be used during the work day. *Must be physically able to performing job duties. Must be able to lift 25 lbs and more. *Dependable, reliable, punctual. Everyday attendance is a must. *Must be able to pass a drug test. *Professional appearance- you will be interacting with tenants. Pay is dependent upon experience and skills. Pay will be discussed in the interview only. Schedule is Monday through Friday 7:30-4:30. Serious inquiries only. If you do not meet the requirements above do not apply.
