Hi! How’s it going? I’m reaching out since I’m a Life Coach who specializes in the mindset of disruptive behaviors; currently looking for 2 free clients for the month of January. My journey to overcome many personal addictive tendencies landed me in my profession. I call them “free clients'' because I am not charging! My goal is to get research for a new program I’m building that will launch early THIS year! Ever pause when agitated when attempting to break a habit? The mind is the most powerful computer man has ever known; however it is the one computer we yet have mastered. Humans are ‘programmed’ very much the same way IBM programs new hardware and software for your latest update or purchase. As humans we are wired by beliefs that come from conditioning as a result of past experiences. These beliefs get rooted into the memory, creating a reaction when similar experiences occur. This is how habits form!
Do you feel hostage to certain behaviors or habits that others may label as “bad,” “addictive,” or “troublesome”?
