Older blue nose for rehome

Description

This kills me to even be making this post. My family has to rehome the most precious girl. My parents took in my dachshund and pitbull when I went into the military. They have had the pair for years, but within the past year my mom got another pit. Recently the newer pit has been antagonizing my old girl… my parents are older, and unable to exercise the dogs properly. Until now, my blue nose has NEVER had issues with other animals. (My parents will not get rid of their new dog :( ) Before I joined the military I was a kennel assistant at a vet office and Sage would help me raise kittens. If you’ve gotten this far, perhaps Sage is the girl for you. Sage is about 7 years old and does INCREDIBLE with my young nieces and nephew. She sleeps with my family’s black cat too. I got her in Pensacola in 2016, before she turned 2 years old. She is completely house trained, crate trained and spayed. She loves to snuggle in bed, and loves to make people smile. If you put a harness on her, she will pull you on a skateboard. She doesn’t favor baths, but she will stand very well in a tub and will late you bathe her. She is the perfect weight at 60lbs, but due to lack of exercise she is a little chunky right now. She also loves the beach, and will go in the shallow water but doesn’t really swim. I use to take her to the jetis a lot. She does well in canoes as well. I hate that I’m posting this, but I am unable to have her with me still due to the military. I just want her to be in a safe forever home and my parents are unable to provide proper care any longer. She has no medical issues. She will NOT be free, I need to know she can be properly cared for financially- and she eats Victor brand. The cheaper brands mess with her fur and skin. Feel free to text with any questions. Located in Niceville, FL. No codes- please don’t delete- this is a real ad. Need to rehome asap.
