The Warehouse/Event Team Member plays a huge and important role in the flow of operations in the company. The Team is responsible for maintaining the warehouse and providing excellent internal customer service by ensuring all hard goods are maintained, selected and provided to all departments. We want a team member who can work well with others while being fast, efficient, smart and organized. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITY: * Pull, prep, clean props and elements used for events * Ensure that all decor and furniture is in good condition prior to leaving for an event and ensure that all items are packaged properly for loading and travel * Work with warehouse team to load and off load company vehicles for events * On site set up and tear down for events * Ensure that all fixtures and decor are handled with care and returned in good condition * Ensure that props are stored properly and safe when returned to the warehouse * Work with warehouse team to ensure the warehouse remains organized, clean and OSHA compliant * Follow required dress code when working on site * Driving position to include 26' box truck; valid driver’s license and clean MVR required OTHER REQUIREMENTS: * High School graduate * Minimum one year experience in warehousing * Able to follow instructions and be flexible if directions change once on site * Remain calm and composed in stressful situations * Must be able to lift up to 100 pounds * Must be able to climb ladders * Fit to perform the physically demanding job * May be required to stand for long periods of time * May also engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing and pulling of containers HOURS, PAY RANGE AND LOCATION: * Hourly rate: $20.00 per hour * Work days are Monday through Saturday. Occasional Sunday's will be required. * Late night strikes will also be a requirement of this position. Premium pay is in effective for late night strikes.
