Description
Lake Hills Church (Bee Cave Area) is looking for a hard working, detail oriented person to join our facilities/operations team. This person will assist with the care and maintenance of church buildings in addition to event prep for campus activities. This position is full time and the pay is $16/hr and up based on experience.
The schedule is FLEXIBLE but the preferred schedule would be 8:30am-5:30pm Mon-Fri.
Facilities Technician Job Description
Performs preventative maintenance, repairs, modifications and general tasks in the areas of painting, fixtures, caulking, light carpentry, bulb replacement, window cleaning, power washing, etc.
Weekly setup and teardown of tables and chairs for multiple campus events.
Stock and refill refrigerators.
Trash removal twice weekly.
Keeps tools and work areas in a clean and orderly manner.
Good verbal, written skills and good interpersonal skills are desired.
Must be able to lift 60 pounds.
Work indoors and outdoors.
