Custom Solar is currently seeking experienced solar installers to lead a team of 2-6 installers on commercial and residential projects. Pay commensurate with experience with potential for advancement and increased pay with role and responsibilities. Construction and solar experience is necessary. Strong work ethic, good attitude and excellent communication skills are required. The ideal candidate will pay close attention to detail and have a true passion for the solar industry. Please provide a resume detailing your previous solar and construction experience as well as 2-3 solar related references. Full time position 35-40 hours per week.

– Physically able to lift 50 pounds throughout the work day
– Own your own basic hand tools
– Reliable transportation
– Able to work in extreme hot and cold temperatures
– Excellent driving record
– Professional appearance, punctual, and organized
– Comfortable working safely on rooftops
Preferred Qualifications:
– Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable.
– Electrical knowledge
– Roofing knowledge
– Technical Solar/Construction training
– OSHA training
– NABCEP certification
