HandPrint Painting & Services is starting up and seeking 4-5 painters to kick the year off. Teams will be working throughout the city of Austin and surrounding towns. PAINTER JOB DESCRIPTION You are responsible for working with the crew to complete painting projects for interior and exterior customers. You are expected to have a high quality and customer satisfaction attitude to everything you do. You must work along with HandPrint Paintings values and processes. PAINTER COMPENSATION • $18 to $22 per hour based upon experience • Full-time work • All equipment and uniforms supplied • Growth Opportunities PAINTER EXPECTATIONS -You are required to work 38-40 hours per a week. -Paid Lunch 30-40minute lunch -You are required to get yourself to the Jobsite and be on time each day. We promise a professional experience for the customer, and being on time is a large part of this. - Chewing(tobacco), is not prohibited on Jobsite -Smoking & Vaping may only be done in your car or at the road/sidewalk of customers’ houses. Please dispose of cigarettes in a trash bag. • You are required to follow the HandPrint Painting systems and processes for completing projects for both interiors and exteriors. • When working outside, you will be on call during poor weather days until 11 am. I will communicate ongoing whether we will be working. If called in, you are expected to be onsite within an hour. • You are required to be safe on the Jobsite and work together with your teammates. You are encouraged to call out unsafe practices and inefficient methods. Experienced Painters and Non-Experienced Painters are welcome to Apply.
