I purchased a male puppy from these ignorant people and my vet in spring branch told me that their was no reason for the ugly skinny condition my puppy was in other than intentional neglect!!! My puppy is eating great so I know those MF's we're not feeding him, they probably were letting the pups nurse of the mom which by the way I never got to see the parents! If anyone has purchased one of these puppies in Harlingen, please contact me and we can contact animal services together for the Harlingen department!!
