Wanted: Drummer for worship team

We are looking for a drummer for our worship team. We need someone who has the basics down but not necessarily pro status. Also age is not a critical factor as our current team has a wide range of ages. We need someone who is able to do weekly practices and Sunday services (about 4 hours, we run through the song set before service). The practice is about 2 hours mid-week ( usually Thur evening at 7). We have a new set of Yamaha e-drums. Our music is a mix of little of old and mostly new contemporary songs. Not looking for perfection as we are all a work in progress but want someone who is open to increase their music skills and song base.
