Job description SDK Greenbrook Gardens, LLC., a premier apartment community located in North Plainfield, NJ is looking for a Groundskeeper to join our team. This individual will be responsible for routine grounds and building cleaning, as well as providing a welcoming environment to our residents. Embracing the SDK philosophy, you will exhibit excellent customer service skills; treating our residents with dignity, respect, and a desire to provide the highest standard of quality and comfort in their homes. Responsibilities: • Cleaning the grounds. • Cleaning dumpster enclosures. • Cleaning laundry rooms. • Empty trash cans on the exterior of the community. • Assisting team with removal and installation of appliances. • Snow removal is mandatory. • Above is not limited to additional misc work tasks.
