We are a small testing facility located in Central New Jersey. We are looking for a control group (volunteers) of 20-30 participants that have tested positive for COVID 19 within the last two weeks. We would like participants to fill out a 15 minute survey online or on the phone. To participate, please meet the following criteria: 1. Tested positive for COVID in the last two weeks. 2. Have full positive test results from PCR lab testing. No home PCR results. Must be from a lab. 3. Live in the state of New Jersey. 4. Had your COVID testing done in the state of NJ. 5. Able to complete a 15-20 minute survey regarding symptoms via telephone, or written survey. 6. Payment via Zelle once survey results are completed. You can only participate ONCE, and the flat fee is $75.
