Looking for a Part time individual who likes to work outside. We are thinking this Position is approximately 20 hours a week and must be done during daylight hours. We have several landscaping, yard type projects to stay on top of. Removal of dead plants, edging, cleaning up flowerbeds, pruning and cutting up fallen tree limbs, Pressure washing sidewalks, filling trailer for dump runs, spreading bark dust etc etc Must be able to use all types of yard tools and equipment and a John Deere gator (all provided), work from a list and work unsupervised and safely. Our Home and grounds has a camera system, and you will appear on our surveillance system and be recorded. Position can work into more hours if desired come Spring and Summer time as we will add in mowing and weed eating along with running sprinklers.
