Title: HVAC Residential RNC Field Super Job description: The RNC Field Super will be responsible to lead, inspire and manage the installers in a positive way. You will set the tone for the entire team with your efficiency, thoroughness and positive attitude. This position will directly supervise 5-15 employees. The RNC Field Super will also provide training, support field personnel in all facets of their daily duties and troubleshoot problems over the phone and on site when necessary. Weekly training and individual tracking for new employees and their proper learning and development with consistent communication to the HR supervisor. Quality control defined by all local codes and jurisdictions will be the staple but overall job quality and presentation will be under the guidelines of the General Manager. The ability to work with all skill levels of installers and remain professional in all circumstances is a must. Knowledge of local codes and industry practices are critical as well.
