Independent contractor - licensed handyman To work after regular job n on weekends 20-36 hours depending on skill set. You can set time but we’ll expect you to keep schedule Must have a reliable truck or van. Pass a background check Be drug free. Able not to smoke inside rentals. Basic knowledge of plumbing A) ability to deal with water stoppage or replace faucet B) can replace toilet tub sink C can run new plumbing to add washer n dryer or dishwasher D) ability to plumb a whole house E. Have liscense or certifications Basic carpentry skills A) can remove molding or build a fence B. Can install wood n vinyl flooring C own a miter saw n know how to use it D have built room additions E have roofing experience F can replace a door. G. Can built deck H consider myself to be a master carpenter I. Have liscense or certifications Note any skills or certifications you have not noted. Pay is 13 to 25 per hour depending on skill set $25 extra always for first hour of any assignment to cover gas etc Our long time help went to New Orleans to assist his Dad ( cancer) he doesn’t expect a return to WV Please send us a decent introductory email With your skills We won’t be responding to “ I’m interested” notes
