Have a 7 month old pure breed chocolate lab. Up to date on everything and is akc registered. I have all the paper work from the previous owners(I’m the second owner) he is potty trained and will let u know when he needs to go and is also crate trained but for training that’s about it. He is extremely hyper and needs a big house and yard!! He is very good with kids and other animals(I have three kids cats and my mother has two dogs) YOU NEED TOYS FOR HIM TO CHEW ON!!! he likes to chew. As long as u have plenty of toys there is no issues(I haven’t had a problem yet) he is not fixed either and his name is Oakley. 600$ rehoming fee any questions feel free to ask
