We are looking for enthusiastic and engaged Fulfillment Specialists to support our company's purpose and warehouse operations. You will stock, organize, and ship inventory, perform various warehouse activities, and be an integral part of our team. Not just any old warehouse job, we want people who are creative problem-solvers and considerate members of a close-knit team. While this is an entry-level position, there is opportunity for growth. The Fulfillment Specialist position is either part- or full-time at our warehouse in Irvine, California. RESPONSIBILITIES Pick, process, package and ship orders accurately Cut fabric yardage to precise measurements using a rotary cutter Inspect products for defects and damages Organize and tidy warehouse space Unload and restock incoming inventory items appropriately Count inventory Assemble crafting kits to company specifications Perform all other assigned duties REQUIREMENTS Excellent organizational skills Ability to work comfortably in a small, collaborative environment Punctuality, attention to detail, and a focus on quality control Polite and cheerful attitude Must be able to stand or walk for up to 5 hours at a time and regularly lift 30 pound boxes Familiarity with Apple computers Willingness to abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations
