Hello. My name is David. I'm a property manager of a large building in Hyde Park and I'm looking for people to help me complete tasks at the property.
Specifically, I currently have two units that need to be cleaned out so I can prepare to remodel. Ideally, I'd like someone who lives somewhat close to the property as I'd like to have a working relationship moving forward where you can help me with odd jobs.
One of the tenants left the unit quickly and there is a bit of waste. If you cannot handle bad odors or dirty jobs then perhaps this is not for you! I do have another unit I need help cleaning out as well but it's not as bad. Depending on your truck size/capacity I may decide to hire you for some demolition.
