It is with great heartache that we must rehome our bonded dogs; Shadow the German Shepherd (7 yo) and Strutter the Labrador Husky (1 yo). Due to issues within our home and with our leasing company, we must rehome our fur babies or my family and children lose our home. Both dogs need an experienced family and or person with a backyard and patience. Shadow suffers from severe separation anxiety from Strutter and will get destructive; will chew anything from a bag to a hat, never furniture, walls, or floors. Strutter simply has a lot of energy and has become a follower of the negative behaviors Shadow may experience from said anxiety if it gets triggered when they are left together. They would come with their food and water bowls, dog beds, toys, bath supplies, food, and records. ****Shadow IS heartworm positive and is currently undergoing treatment through the Jacksonville humane society.**** Both dogs will soon be due for their preventatives and any shot updates. To ensure seriousness with the intention to accept both into your home as your family, and that you will continue to love and care for them both with an abundance of love, we are asking for a $250 rehoming fee.
