Rehoming tabby cat

We need to rehome our tabby cat. He is a super loved but has a food allergy. He eats Fussy Cat Quail and Duck dry cat food from chewy.com. It isn’t expensive. The only other food I can give him is tuna. The problem is our 2 year old constantly drops snacks in the floor and our cat finds them and breaks out on his face.This is breaking our heart and we can’t keep having frequent vet trips because we can’t keep baby food out of the floor. Our mobile vet had came out 2 times in four months and we feel it is too much if he doesn’t have to be in this situation. He is around 3 years old, litter box trained, inside outside cat, and will kill all mice, rats, flies, roaches and moles in your yard… and in your neighbors yard. Haha! He would be the perfect cat if we could keep scraps out of his mouth which can’t happen since we have a baby in the house. Oh! He also gets along with and LOVES our senior GS dog and actually lets our baby lay on top of him. Haha! I’m willing to prove the baby tolerance with videos. Haha Neutered and up to date on shots.
