I am a project manager for a residential real estate investment company in the central Arkansas area. We’ve renovated over 150 houses in 2021 and are looking to do 200+ in 2022. I am in charge of making sure that all of those homes get renovated quickly and with a high quality of craftmanship. In order to do this, I am looking for skilled contractors that specialize in drywall, paint (interior and exterior), carpentry, tile, fence work and more. I need an individual or crew that can do all of these things, not ONLY drywall or ONLY paint etc. I am also looking for contractors that specialize in any of the following categories: maintenance, handyman services, and installing windows. We currently have houses being renovated in Little Rock, Sherwood, NLR, Jacksonville, Cabot, Beebe, Searcy, Conway, Maumelle, Alexander, Bryant, Benton and Pine Bluff.
