Emergency, need glasses

Homeless man, severe vision impairment (20/550) needs any kind of near sided vision correction. I cannot drive, work, read signs or find anything anywhere, stores, garages, transit... Any old pair of strong glasses, (can repair) would be greatly appreciated. Contacts are -6.50 Or anything close.
