Maintenance Technician: You will consistently monitor critical systems and perform routine maintenance and repair on boilers, utility systems, environmental monitoring systems, cold rooms, freezers, and HVAC systems. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will work with a team of approximately 14 staff members at The Cheesecake Factory Bakery in Calabasas, CA. As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the care, maintenance, and repair of the facility, its systems, grounds, and all of its associated equipment. You will consistently monitor critical systems and perform routine maintenance and repair on boilers, utility systems, environmental monitoring systems, cold rooms, freezers, and HVAC systems. Your overall contributions will directly impact our working environment by helping to eliminate production down time and ensure the reliability and good state of repair for all facility systems and production equipment for a bakery with more than 450 staff members that create delicious cheesecakes and memorable experiences.
