Looking for a household assistant that can also assist with housekeeping duties. We are a very busy household with dual working adults. We have three wonderful children; 16, 14 and 11; a sweet 3 yr old golden retriever and a lazy cat that loves to be pet. We are looking for someone willing to take on daily household and personal assisting items. This position can be quite flexible in days of the week and hours. Ideally 20-25 hours per week. Most importantly we are looking for the right person! Salary is $20-30 per hour depending on experience. This is an employed position not a 1099. Duties: • Daily tidying • Weekly cleaning • Shopping for groceries and supplies • Meal preparation assistance • Laundry • Assist with miscellaneous tasks and errands for family • Assist in pick up and drop offs • Room and closet organization • File management • Assist in overseeing/managing home improvement projects • Scheduling and overseeing household maintenance Preferred prior experience: • Personal assistant, executive secretary, or office manager role • Professional housekeeper • Experience in creating and maintaining office management systems and procedures Strengths/Requirements: • Communication skills • Interpersonal skills • Time management skills (Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads) • Strong organizational skills (Organized, responsible and reliable • Customer service skills Please send your resume with a brief description on why you feel you would be great for this position!
