For rent - a free standing rehearsal room in an electronically locked and gated courtyard. My band has been in this room for three years now. We share it with a couple individual artists and two other bands. One of those bands is leaving and we are looking for a new trustworthy bunch to share with. The space is safe and secure with 24/7 access and the ability to play as loud as you want whenever you want! It is not lumped in with other rehearsal rooms either! Located behind a three story high electric garage, you can pull a car right up to our door(great for load in/out). It is also great for recording! There is an 8 input interface in there that we are happy to share - along with mic stands and cables. However, we love our gear and we have the upmost respect for other peoples gear... we would hold you to the same standard. We keep the space clean and never leave behind trash but we aren't stiffs. Drink and smoke weed in the room all you want, just don't trash it. Peavey Classic 30 combo, Fender Rumble Bass Amp, Fender FM25 combo, 2 Roland Keyboards, Drum Kit and Cymbals, Four mic stands and XLRs all provided for communal use. EVERYTHING NOT MENTIONED IS NOT! We can make room for more gear as well. I keep all my amps on the floor but can easily rearrange and store away them away. Will be upgrading bass amp soon. We are looking for one other band to share with. Its truly one of the best rehearsal rooms in Brooklyn. Five people can jam comfortably. We have a google calendar set up so everyone knows who is in the room and when. We can work with everyones schedule to block out guaranteed nights/days you know you can/will be in there. But for the most part it is a free flowing calendar that just requires communication between bands. Really easy system.
