International Mrs. USA's 2022 Black History Month Queen's Luncheon Join International Mrs. USA, Jackie Edwards, and other Pageant Queens for a Black History Month Queen's Luncheon! This is a FREE event for Milwaukee & surrounding area pre-teens and teens! The purpose of this event is to celebrate Black History Month by teaching about Black Queens throughout history, creating the opportunity for interaction with Queens from the community & surrounding areas, teaching the young ladies to own their beauty, and feel like the Queens they are!
