Learn how to make a beautiful Paris Brest from start to finish with Cofounder and Culinary Director Heather Hodge. We'll make a perfectly light choux pastry while showing special piping techniques. Then we'll teach how to make a nut butter mousse and a delicious jam filling. We'll show how to assemble this French-style pastry so that everyone goes home with a dessert to be very proud of!
