Welcome to our annual event Portland Salsa & Bachata Congress 2022 We believe it is time to reunite after dancing has been restricted for such a long time. Let's continue to make history. About this event COVID-19 notification: We do not know how exactly the regulations are going to be. But it is reasonable to assume that events such as the Portland Salsa Congress will have much less regulations to follow if we give access only to vaccinated and recovered attendees which is by far the overwhelming majority of our attendees. Therefore we currently recommend to not register for this event yet if you are not vaccinated or if you do not plan to be vaccinated until August 2022. In case this policy will have changed or the regulations will be eased, we will make this public. The Reunite! Edition will strictly focus on Social Dancing in all its aspects. The workshops will feature and train those skills which are needed on the dance floor. In 2022 we added Social Trainings with skilled instructors to give you some intensive trainings on social skills. There will be Professional shows by renown dance professionals and world dance champions. The Social Dancing will start after shows at night and will finish around 5am every night. Our mission from the very beginning in the year 2007 has been to bring dancers together from all over the world in one spot. We believe it is amazing that we have this wonderful worldwide community of dancers and we celebrate, that we can go anywhere in the world and meet likeminded people!
