Februarys Full Moon aka the Snow Moon gives us a chance to reset and reevaluate. It’s about manifesting dreams and overcoming what has left us stuck and in the past. Being able to move forward with a greater sense of power and purpose. Join Aleigha Gudat on a Full Moon ritual and sound bath to release what no longer serves you while aligning the chakras. We will be utilizing the powerful healing frequencies of the seven chakra singing bowls simultaneously to remove any of these blockages, resetting the mind, body, spirit. Sound healing is a perfect way to recenter and release, combined with the energy of the Full Moon to get the most out of your healing. Sound healing is an ancient practice that uses different frequencies to bring you into a meditative state while increasing self-healing. These tools help to not only assist you in letting go of worries and sink deeply into a serene experience, but to also help us to release blockages and maintain overall peace and harmony in our lives at a higher level.
