For individuals to receive the established Group rate, they must identify themselves as members of the Class of 2022 North High School initially when making the reservation. All reservations must be received by the group’s cut- off date. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be subject to availability and the best available rate. DISCOUNT RATE: $169 plus tax & fees for either a Standard Double Queen (OR) Standard King (Rates are typically $239 plus tax & fees) DATES FOR DISCOUNTED RATE: (06/10/2022 to 06/12/2022) GUARANTEED RESERVATIONS: All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. HOTEL CUT-OFF DISCOUNTED DATE: Reservations by attendees must be received on or before 05/10/2022. At this Cut-Off Date, the Hotel will release the unreserved rooms for general sale. INDIVIDUAL HOTEL CANCELLATION: Individual room reservations may be canceled without penalty charges if notice is given (48) Hours prior to arrival. If guest does not have a valid cancellation number prior to this time, guest may be subject to a cancellation charge of one night’s room and tax. COVID-19 (KNOWN RISK BY BOTH PARTIES): The parties acknowledge that the Covid-19 outbreak is an epidemic that may make performance under this Agreement on the dates set forth herein illegal or impossible. The parties hereby agree that in the event that the government or health authorities in Hotel’s state or local jurisdiction extend travel warnings recommending against non-essential travel generally or restricting use of hotels for the use identified in this Agreement on the specified dates herein, either party may terminate its obligations under this Agreement without liability or further obligation by written notice to the other party and the Hotel will refund all deposits and prepayments made by Group within fifteen (15) days of such notice of termination.
