Sweat Therapy, Dance Therapy, Community! Join us for a morning of movement fun that will leave you joy filled!
We will kick off with a 55 minute Buti Yoga Practice lead by Makayla (500 RYT) focused on heating up the body from the inside out. Buti combines primal movement, cardio, core work and more to give you energy and heighten your awareness of self love. Cassidy will ground us out with a unique and inspirational 55 minute hoop flow that will push you outside of your comfort zone and allow you to be creative with your own movement and intuition. We will wrap up with a 10 minute cool down and meditation. Bring a mat, water bottle and hula hoop. Mats and hoops are available for rent upon request.
