Iso small to medium breed puppy

Looking for a small to medium breed puppy. (Yes we've looked at shelters but the last rescue we had attacked my kiddo when he was playing in his room. Dog apparently didn't do well with kids and would seek them out to bite them) So looking for a puppy. Breeds I'm interested are low to no shed, good with kids and other dogs/cats. No bigger then 35/40lbs when fully grown (we already have a 65/70lb labradoodle) mini schnauzer, poodle or poodle crosses, shi tzu, Maltese, or terriers. Not interested in min pins, chihuahuas or bull dog breeds (to many little dog complexes and health issues in the smaller bull dog breeds.) Thank you.
